5. Order Processing and Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email does not confirm acceptance of your order. A contract between you and JAWAN is formed only when we dispatch the products to you.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver products within 1 working days inside Dhaka and 3-4 working days outside Dhaka. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: Products can be returned within 7 working days from the date of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the returned product. The refund will be made through the original payment method.
